Flat Roofing Recovers (2nd Layers)

A cost effective and less intrusive way to protect your building is recovering it versus doing a full tear off. This solution is very obtainable so long as any and all reparations made to the first existing layer are done before the new roof is installed. This includes but is not limited to wet insulation, moldy insulation, improperly summped drains, cracks in masonry, etc. The integrity of the roof needs to be in good standing to be able to recover it.

Silicone coating may be a good solution for you if:

The roof membrane is fully adhered to the insulation with no seam issues (tears, breaks, cuts, etc).

The roof has no saturation points where any insulation could potentially be damaged.

All roofing seams are not failing and are still intact (must be in good shape).

The roof is at the end of its usable life, but still in decent condition.

All of this can be determined through an inspection, so please call today to schedule yours!
